Our grooming process

On-Site Grooming Assessment

We perform an on-site grooming assessment, as well as nail clipping & brushing out any knots and debris.

Shampoo in hydrobath

Your furry friend gets shampooed with a special hypoallergenic shampoo which will leave them smelling wonderful.

Bathing

After full body shampoo, we do initial rinsing, then a brushing or a massage in the hydrobath followed by a final rinse.

Towel Dry Face

We towel dry the face of your pet and we do blow drying of the rest of the body strictly by hand (no cage drying).

Full-body haircut

Your dog gets a full-body haircut, with special attention being paid to the head and to trimming the paw pads.

Final Brush and Fluff

Almost there, just some finishing touches. With your permission, your dog gets a treat and a light fragrance.
